This website is operated by ALDRINS INC ("we", "us"), a travel agency with its place of business at 16192 Coastral Highway, County of Sussex, Delaware, United States. "You" means the person submitting a request, and the passengers you request travel for.
By submitting a request, accepting a quote, or paying for a ticket arranged by us, you accept these terms. If you are booking for other passengers, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf and to give us their personal data.
We arrange air travel as an agent for the airlines, consolidators and other suppliers who actually provide it. We do not own, operate or control any aircraft, airport or ground service.
The transport contract is between you and the operating carrier, and is governed by that carrier's conditions of carriage and tariffs, which are published on the carrier's website and incorporated into your ticket. We are not responsible for a carrier's acts or omissions, including delays, cancellations, equipment or cabin changes, service standards, insolvency, or refusal to carry.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. The site is aimed at travellers booking from the United States; fares, taxes and consumer rules described here assume travel originating there unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a ticket, and submitting the form does not create a reservation. The sequence is:
A booking exists only from the moment the carrier issues a ticket number. Until then no seat is held in any passenger's name, and price and availability may change without notice.
Prices shown on this website are examples of fares we have issued previously, not live quotes, and are not guaranteed. Fares are quoted per passenger for round trip travel unless stated otherwise, and include government taxes and carrier surcharges known at the time of quoting.
Airline pricing changes constantly. A quote is valid only for the period stated in it, usually under 24 hours, and only while the fare remains available in the carrier's system. If a fare is withdrawn or repriced before you authorise payment, we tell you the new price and you are free to decline at no cost.
Where a service fee applies, it appears as a separate line in your quote before you pay. It covers the work of searching, quoting and servicing the booking, and is non-refundable once a ticket has been issued, even if the ticket itself is later refunded.
Third-party charges — seat selection, extra baggage, lounge access, in-flight purchases, airport fees — are payable to the provider and sit outside our quote unless expressly included in it.
Payment is taken through a secured link from our payment processor. Full card numbers are not stored on our systems.
By authorising payment you confirm that you are the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission, and you accept that the charge will appear under the descriptor disclosed at checkout. Bookings paid with a third party's card may require a signed authorisation form and copies of the card and identification before we issue.
All bookings are screened for fraud. If a payment is declined, fails screening, or is reversed after issue, the booking may be cancelled and the ticket voided, and you remain liable for any charge the carrier applies.
Once payment clears, tickets are normally issued within 24 hours on business days and the e-ticket receipt is emailed to the address you gave us. Check it immediately: names, dates, times, airports, connection times.
Tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong. If the error is ours, we correct it at our cost. If it comes from information you supplied, correction is subject to the carrier's fare rules and any change fee.
Give names exactly as they appear on the travel document that will be used for the trip, including middle names where the document shows one. Airlines do not allow a ticket to be transferred to another person, and many treat a name correction as a cancellation and reissue at the fare available that day.
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates of birth, contact details and loyalty numbers you give us.
Every fare carries its own rules, set by the carrier and not by us. Those rules — whether the ticket is refundable, what a change costs, whether residual value expires — are stated in your quote before you pay. Business class contract fares are frequently non-refundable, or changeable only for a fee plus the difference in fare.
Where a ticket is refundable, we file the refund request with the carrier as soon as you ask. The carrier decides the amount and the timing. Refunds to a card are commonly processed within seven business days of the carrier approving them, but carriers often take considerably longer, and we cannot pay you before they pay us. Carrier penalties and our service fee are deducted from the amount returned.
Under U.S. Department of Transportation rules, tickets bought at least seven days before departure may generally be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase. Ask your agent whether this applies to your booking before you pay, because some consolidator fares fall outside it.
An unused ticket has no value after the departure date unless its fare rules say otherwise. Cancel in writing before departure even if you are certain you will not fly.
Airlines change schedules. If a carrier changes, cancels or reroutes your flight, your rights are those given by its conditions of carriage and by the law applying to your journey — for example DOT rules on refunds for cancelled or significantly changed flights, or Regulation (EC) 261/2004 for departures from the EU and arrivals there on an EU carrier.
We pass on every change we are notified of and help you rebook, but carriers do not always notify agencies. Reconfirm your flights with the operating carrier 24 to 72 hours before departure and keep the phone number you gave us reachable.
Claims for compensation under those rules lie against the carrier. We will submit a claim on your behalf, but we do not pay compensation for a carrier's disruption and are not liable for missed connections, missed events, or the cost of meals and accommodation arising from it.
Entry requirements are your responsibility: a passport valid for the period your destination requires, commonly six months beyond your return date; blank pages; visas or electronic travel authorisations for your destination and for every country you transit; and any vaccination or health documentation in force when you travel.
Requirements depend on your nationality and change at short notice. Check with the relevant embassy or consulate and with your carrier before departure. We flag what we notice, but a carrier may still deny boarding and a government may still refuse entry, and in that case neither we nor the carrier refunds the ticket.
Allowances, excess baggage charges and rules for sporting equipment, instruments and oversized items are set by the operating carrier and can differ between carriers on one itinerary. Check the allowance for each segment.
Requests for seats, meals, wheelchair assistance, unaccompanied minors, pets or medical equipment are passed to the carrier, which decides whether to accept them. Passing on a request is not a guarantee, and we do not charge for it.
We strongly recommend insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical treatment abroad, repatriation and baggage, bought soon after you pay. Where a policy is offered through us it is provided by a third-party insurer, and that insurer's wording, exclusions and pre-existing condition rules apply.
If something goes wrong, contact us first — an agent resolves most problems faster than a bank does. Starting a chargeback for a service that was delivered, or for a non-refundable ticket issued as agreed, does not cancel your obligation to pay, and we may recover the amount together with the reasonable costs of doing so.
Carriage by air is subject to the carrier's conditions of carriage and tariffs, and to the Montreal Convention 1999 or the Warsaw Convention where they apply. Those treaties limit, and in some cases exclude, a carrier's liability for death or injury and for delay, damage or loss of baggage. Nothing in these terms extends a carrier's liability beyond those limits or reduces any right you have under them.
We are liable for our own negligence in arranging your travel. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers and other suppliers, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss of enjoyment, or costs arising from missed connections, denied boarding, refused entry, or the events in section 20.
Where our liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking concerned, excluding taxes and carrier charges collected and remitted on your behalf. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranty of accuracy or availability. Fares, schedules and availability shown may be out of date.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from inaccurate information you gave us, or from your conduct during travel.
The text, layout, illustrations and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages to plan your own travel. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use automated systems to extract fares or content.
Do not submit false requests, or other people's contact details without their permission. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Submitting a request is a request to be contacted about it. We reply by phone, SMS and email at the details you gave, including through automated dialling systems, at reasonable hours in your time zone, until your request is closed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end SMS, or tell your agent.
Marketing emails about fares are sent only if you asked for them, and each carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Agreeing to marketing is never a condition of buying a ticket.
Calls with our agents may be recorded for quality and as a record of what was agreed. We say so at the start of the call; if you object, we continue in writing.
To arrange travel we must collect and share personal data about every passenger: names, dates of birth, contact details, travel document numbers, itinerary, payment confirmation, and any accessibility or dietary requirement you ask us to pass on. Some of that — a wheelchair request, a special meal — can indicate health or religious belief, and we process it only to fulfil your request.
We share it with the operating carriers, consolidators, global distribution systems, our payment processor and our IT providers, and with border and security authorities where the law requires, including advance passenger information and passenger name record transfers to the United States and other states. Because air travel is international, your data will be transferred outside your country, including to places whose data protection rules differ from your own.
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it — including the rights of California residents and of people in the EU and UK — are set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Neither side is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control: war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes and industrial action, airspace closure, air traffic control restrictions, epidemic or pandemic and the public health measures taken in response, natural disaster, severe weather, carrier insolvency, and government or regulatory action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of New York County have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence lets you bring proceedings elsewhere.
Before starting proceedings, write to support@aldrins.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most disputes end here.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. The version applying to your booking is the one published when you submitted your request; we keep dated copies and send them on request.
